This book is based on a seminal speech delivered by the second Sarsanghchalak of the RSS, Shri Guruji. In this text, he provides a profound, clear, and systematically structured overview of the core characteristics of an ideal Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) volunteer. Drawing heavily from real-life incidents from the life of RSS founder Dr. K. B. Hedgewar, the book serves as a practical guide on how a volunteer should behave in society, establish a positive relationship with neighbors, and run a shakha (branch) effectively

Hedgewar to lead the movement in 1940, he guided the organization for an extraordinary 33 years through crucial historical turning points, cementing its foundational role in character building, civic duties, and grassroots social service.
